About Coach Sedalnick
I've been coaching girls and boys high school swimming for the last 20 years, and love it here at Horizon High School. We have the best student athletes a coach could ask for!
I come from a long line of educators. My parents were teachers, my sister is currently a math teacher, and many family members are/were educators as well. This is a picture of my mom, dad, sister (graduating), aunt and uncle. All educators!
I graduated in May 2010 from CU Denver with a masters in curriculum and design in mathematics, August 2013 from CU Denver with an EdS degree in administration, and May 2016 from ASU with a masters in school counseling. My sister (on the right) graduated with me. She teaches math at Silver Hills.
Coaching swimming is a passion of mine. I love the sport, and love helping others to better themselves as an athlete and as a person. Here are the Horizon Senior Swimmers from 2018.
I have a Scottish terrier named Zoey, who is super smart and super stubborn!
I sing for the Skyline Chorus of Sweet Adelines International. We were 4th place in the last international competition in 2016. Internationals are in St. Louis this year in October, where we will be competing again for the gold medal! We have 150 members. Can you find me in this section?
